Lube Alley - Bozeman

Recently we were in Bozeman visiting kids and grandkids. We went to Lube Alley for an oil change. When we finished we were driving back to the house and the car was making a weird sound and then started to smell like something was on fire. By the time we got home (approximately 2-3 miles) we popped the hood and discovered we had no oil left, the filter was not tightened at all and there was a wrench left in there! We called immediately and they came out (on a motorcycle) and checked it out, then another guy showed up with oil and filter. They filled it again and we had to go back to Lube Alley. Long story short a quick oil change ended up being about 4 hours or so and could have ended in a major disaster. Would not recommend for oil change!!

Fast super nice crew. Affordable, synthetic cost what I usually pay elsewhere for regular. Waited less than 15 minutes and there was even a car in front of me.

Went in for my oil change as always they were very quick and did a great job. This time I asked them to check my blinker, because one was going out. The gentleman who checked me in informed me that they didn’t have bulbs to fix the blinker which I understood I just wanted him to let me know if it was the front or back blinker. By the time I paid, they only did my oil and did not check my blinker. It was frustrating to not have them do a simple task that you asked for. But the oil change was good.
